Covid19 is spreading fast in India at an alarming rate and especially in Telangana. Experts’ opinion that Covid19 has entered into a community level spread phase.  As we are now in the unlock stage, offices and workplaces are open and most of the people are roaming out and sometimes even without taking any proper precautionary measures.  But we have to be extra careful while travelling and spending time in the workplace.  If we are careful and take adequate precautions, we can avoid getting affected with Covid19 to a certain extent.  Follow the below steps when you come back from the workplace to avoid infection.
